December is a bipolar sort of a month: At one and the same time, it’s a month when there’s all sorts of merriment and festivities, family and friends, fun and joy…and also a month when a lot of us get stressed out and frustrated, trying to make everything perfect, take care of everything that needs doing, and pick out the perfect presents for everyone while all that’s going on.
